Services
-
A gentle, soothing massage focused on relieving stress and promoting overall well-being. This treatment helps calm the mind, improve circulation, and restore balance to both body and spirit.
-
A therapeutic treatment designed to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Using slow, firm pressure, this massage helps alleviate chronic tension, reduce muscle soreness, and improve mobility.
-
Literally, the word Ashiatsu translates to “foot pressure.” In this type of massage, therapists deliver strokes through their feet, rather than their hands. Traditionally, the therapist stands over the massage table, with parallel bars overhead for support. Using their feet as well as their body weight, the therapist delivers consistent, deep, broad pressure.

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine that involves placing cups on the skin to create suction. Practitioners use heat or a manual pump to create a vacuum, which pulls the skin and underlying tissue into the cup. This process is believed to improve blood flow, reduce pain and inflammation, and promote healing.

Margaret Miller
I completed my studies at the Pacific Center for Awareness and Bodywork in June of 2022. I bring a trauma-informed lens to my work that is anchored in Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Swedish, and Structural Integration techniques
I was called to bodywork by way of my own experiences receiving on the table and my personal embodiment journey. I’ve noticed how bodywork and massage not only positively affect my physical wellbeing, but also my emotional and mental health. The work has enabled me to access a unique sense of presence and grounding that I have rarely experienced, and I feel compelled to offer this practice to a world in which touch may be becoming less frequent and more taboo. My ultimate aim as a therapist is to meet clients where they are and help facilitate an experience of safety, pain relief, liberation, and deep connection with self. My hope is for my clients to leave our sessions feeling empowered in their bodies and truly present in their lives.
I look forward to working with you!
